We just completed on a troubled transactions, that encountered obstacle after obstacle and then it went dead, we decided to step back, it just wasn't for us. Yet Sophie, after dealing with all issues we raised, going the extra mile on each step, she managed to pull a miracle and get it over the finish line! This time I was a buyer, but if I were a vendor, I'd want her on my team! Incredible, I gave it no chance, I can't believe she managed to solve everything that we threw at her and more by contacting letting agents, solicitors, block managers, tenants... she didn't go an extra mile, she went an extra marathon.
