I know from first-hand experience that selling leasehold rental property can be a real headache - that was until I was fortunate to get introduced to YieldIT ! My enquiry was dealt with very professionally - they were familiar with the local market and although specialising on selling to investors they also use the "retail" platforms to ensure good market coverage for potential owner-occupiers. I took the plunge and instructed them to sell my 2-bed apartment in Manchester which, as I live in London, required a good level of confidence on my part ! Well what can I say? I only have positive things to say about Yieldit from start to finish of our purchase. All communications were clear, they did what they said they would and have given what can only be described as outstanding service (and I was the buyer, not the seller). I am sad to say that the same cannot be said for either parties solicitors who frankly should not be in business. We were hopeful we could complete in November or latest December but due to the Solicitors incompetence and poor service we finally completed today (8/2). She has been by our side every step of the way, pushing when she could and supporting when she couldn’t. Ellice who was my agent from yeldit in selling my student property kept me up to date along the sales process & was always professional and available. I may have preferred to have got more from my property to at least cover what i had paid for initially - but at the same time after a few years of the impact on covid this did affect my saleability price which isn't the fault of yeldit. I believe they were realistic - but they do get a decent commission out of you :-) so they were incentivised to make a sale happen & go through without issues
